Returns & Exchanges

At VapoRider, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your new apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn, unwashed garments with original tags attached into the original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and secure it to the outside of your package, ensuring no other tracking labels are visible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
